News flash: Congress is worthless
Look, I know the obstacles Democrats in Congress face being the minority party, but they’re supposed to be leaders. Where’s the creativity? Where’s the thinking outside of the box? They’re doing nothing while Trump has U.S. citizens murdered in the streets, literally destroys the White House, trashes our international relationships, steamrolls over the norms of the rule of law and continues to cover up the Epstein files. And that’s just in the last two weeks. All I see from Democrats are fundraising pitches in online ads, which is infuriating, given that they’re doing zilch. Meanwhile, the Republicans are either too spineless to stop Trump or are complicit. It’s become cliche to complain about how bad Congress is, but these days, it has completely abdicated its role and might as well just turn in its Branch of Government card.
